Due to the nature of our products, all sales ARE FINAL!!!!

For Hygiene and safety reasons we will NOT be accepting any returns on our products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures that our customers receives products that are brand new, unused, and safe. Thank you so much for your business and understanding.  

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • clear photos of the items and packaging that you have received in the mail. 

Once reviewed we will gladly offer a replacement if it meets the requirements. 

 

ORDER ISSUES

We  are not responsible for :

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout 
  • Lost, Delayed, Stolen packages by the carrier. Once it has left the facility the carriers are now responsible. Please contact the carriers if any of those issues surface.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER PLEASE ENSURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT AS WE CAN NOT FO BACK AND MANUALLY CHANGE ANYTHING.
